What counts as one extraction?+
One API call processing up to 5,000 characters of input text. Longer inputs are automatically chunked and billed proportionally.
Do you train on my data?+
No. We have zero-data retention policies with all of our underlying LLM providers. Your data is never logged, stored, or used for training.
Can I switch plans anytime?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Annual plans are billed up-front.
What happens if I exceed my quota?+
